FIRST, you must be registered for the Annual Meeting to obtain a visa letter. While completing the Annual Meeting program registration form, check the "I am requesting a visa letter" box found under the "Other Information" section. Once your registration has been processed, a letter will be sent within 5 - 7 business days.
