The International Trademark Association 2010 Annual Gala
The Modern Supper Club
(Advanced registration required)
Saturday, May 22
7:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
The Rose Kennedy Ballroom at the InterContinental Hotel Boston
This year's Gala presents a modern supper club theme that offers the finest cuisine, wines and entertainment that Boston has to offer. After an evening of networking and fine dining, guests can dance the night away while enjoying the sounds of the famous 18-piece Beantown Swing Orchestra, featuring vocal performances by John Stevens and Jennifer Hirsch, finalists from the hit television reality competition American Idol.
New this year are exciting prizes you can win, including complimentary registration and lodging for the 2011 Annual Meeting in San Francisco, tours of the famed Napa Valley wine country, a one-year complimentary INTA membership for your organization, free INTA publications, as well as additional prizes provided by the City of Boston and the City of San Francisco. To participate in the drawing and claim your prize, you must be a paid registrant and in attendance when the prize winners are announced, otherwise you will forfeit your claim to the prize, and another name will be drawn.
The INTA Gala is the perfect opportunity to entertain business associates and clients and make new acquaintances. It is also the occasion to recognize INTA award recipients, including winners of the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition and the Ladas Memorial Award, as well as the outstanding volunteers and leaders of the Association who have contributed to the education of members. The suggested attire for the evening is black tie formal.
Also new this year is open seating to facilitate networking. VIP tables of ten seats cost US $ 2,500 and individual seats cost US $ 250. If you purchase a VIP table or multiple tickets, an INTA staff member will contact you for the name(s) of your guests so that your guests are included in the INTA Gala printed program. VIP tables and seats sell quickly and really offer a heightened gala experience. Purchasing a VIP table provides heightened décor, prominent room location by the stage and band, and is truly an impressive table to both clients and colleagues. Minimum tables remain unsold; act now and reserve your VIP table today!
Pre-registration for this event is required. Tickets for admission to the INTA Gala will not be sold at the door; any remaining tables or seats will be sold at the Registration Desk onsite and must be purchased by 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 22. Tickets will not be sold at the door. Gala individual tickets and tables are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
