Starting with the 2009 Annual Meeting in Seattle, Washington, USA, a new and improved Annual Meeting registration and hotel reservation process will be implemented. The new user-friendly process allows you to more efficiently manage your meeting registration, provides top-quality customer service and creates an equitable hotel reservation system for all attendees.
This new registration process, which follows meetings industry trends and association best practices, has been developed to better meet the needs of our large, international organization. This new process will allow you to register quickly and efficiently for the Annual Meeting, including additional events that you want to sign up for, and will help INTA to produce a top quality Final Program & Attendee Directory with your correct hotel information.
There is no committee-only registration for the Annual Meeting. You must be registered for the Annual Meeting to attend any of the concurrent events associated with it.

| What is new this year? |
- As with INTA’s Leadership Meeting, you must register for the Annual Meeting before you can reserve your hotel room within INTA’s block of discounted rooms.
- Registration will begin in January 2009 rather than November 2008 to coincide with many members’ fiscal years.
This process ensures that all registrants have equal access to available, discounted hotel rooms in INTA’s block on an equitable first-come, first-served basis.

| How do you register for the Annual Meeting and reserve a hotel room? |
All Annual Meeting Registrations are online. There are no paper registration forms.
By Credit Card or ACH*: If paying by credit card or using ACH, you must complete two steps:
Step 1: Register and pay for your meeting registration online. You will receive an online confirmation that includes your Registration ID, and an invoice showing your payment and Registration ID will be emailed to you immediately.
Step 2: After registering and paying for the meeting, you may reserve a hotel room online using the Registration ID from the online confirmation or from the invoice that you just received by email. Once you have reserved a hotel room, a confirmation email from the Housing Bureau will be emailed to you immediately.
* The Automated Clearing House (ACH) Network is a highly reliable and efficient U.S. nationwide batch-oriented electronic funds transfer system governed by the NACHA operating rules (see www.nacha.org), which provide for the interbank clearing of electronic payments for participating depository financial institutions. The Federal Reserve and the Electronic Payments Network act as ACH Operators, central clearing facilities through which financial institutions transmit or receive ACH entries. ©NACHA – the Electronic Payments Association®
By Check or Money Order: If paying by check or money order, you must complete four steps:
Step 1: Register for the Annual Meeting online, and an invoice showing your purchases will be emailed to you immediately. Your registration will be pending until your check or money order is received by INTA.
Step 2: Submit your payment with the invoice number written on the check or money order and enclose a copy of the invoice. INTA must receive this within 21 calendar days of the invoice date.
If your payment is not received within 21 calendar days of the invoice date, you will need to re-register. You will not be guaranteed the additional events you selected through the original registration process, since space for these events is limited and is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Step 3: Once INTA receives your payment, an invoice confirming your meeting registration and showing your payment and Registration ID will be emailed to you.
Step 4: With the Registration ID, you will then be able to reserve a hotel room online through the Housing Bureau. Please note that the Housing Bureau requires the use of a credit card.
Wire Transfers: Wire transfers are not accepted by INTA for your Annual Meeting registration or by the Housing Bureau for your hotel reservation.

INTA may use these photographs for advertising and promotional purposes, including exhibition on the INTA website and in INTA publications. By completing the registration process, registrants consent to INTA’s taking such photographs and using them for such purposes.
