Scholarship opportunities available from the Academy of Intellectual Property Law in Oxford
University of Oxford offers an excellent introductory diploma course in intellectual property law that is open to students who already have a degree in law (i.e., LLB or JD). By contrast, Academy of Intellectual Property Law which is located in Oxford but not affiliated with University of Oxford offers specialized instruction on technical and procedural aspects of trademark law for those with no prior legal training. Academy of Intellectual Property Law offers a 1-year M.Phil. in European Trademark Law degree and several 8-week diploma programs including: Diploma in Irish Trademark Law; Diploma in United Kingdom Trademark Law; and Diploma in United States Trademark Law. Admission is open to overseas students. Merit Scholarships in the amount of £2,500 are available without regard to citizenship or financial need. For more information, visit
