Benefits of Exhibiting

Attendees use the Exhibition Hall to take a break from the bustle of committee meetings and sessions; the Hospitality Area outside the Exhibition Hall is often used as a meeting place, creating a flow of traffic for exhibitors.

During four days of exhibition, you will have the chance to debut and demonstrate new products and services. And with an attractive pricing plan, exhibiting at INTA will give you more bang for your buck!

Each 3 m x 3 m exhibitor booth space includes the following:

  • 50-word exhibitor profile and product description in the Final Program distributed to all meeting attendees onsite.
  • One Exhibitor Inclusive (EI) registration ($0 fee)—includes access to all educational and social functions.
  • Two Exhibitor Reduced (ER) registrations (additional registrations can be purchased for USD $565 per registration)—includes access to all educational and social functions.
  • Two Exhibitor-Only (EO) registrations ($0 fee)—Exhibition Hall and Hospitality Area only.
  • Recognition as an exhibitor in the online Annual Meeting program with a link to your organization’s website.
  • One-time use of the attendee mailing list (pre-attendee and post-attendee list). Mailing list includes attendee name, organization name and mailing address only.

Exhibition Hall Floor Plan

The floor plan will be available online after INTA makes booth assignments. The floor plan of the Exhibition Floor will reflect the applications received and paid by the deadline date of January 23, 2014.

Exhibit Booth Assignment

All exhibit space is assigned through a priority points system. INTA reserves the right to make the final determination of all space assignments in keeping with the best interests of the exhibition.

The INTA Priority Point System Guidelines

  • Exhibit management calculates accumulated points for all previous years exhibited. Your organization is awarded one (1) point for every year your firm has exhibited at the Annual Meeting.
  • Your organization is awarded one (1) point for the first 3m x 3m of exhibit space paid and one (1) point for any additional meters occupied at the current INTA Annual Meeting.
  • Exhibitors who purchase various INTA products and services are awarded one (1) additional point.*
  • Consideration will be given to applicants who are INTA members.
  • In case of a tie in number of points, the date on which the application was received with full payment will dictate the order of the space assignment selection.
  • If your organization elects not to participate in any given year or cancels, ALL priority points are forfeited.
  • Exhibitors that merge or acquire other exhibitor space will assume the higher of the two (or more) exhibitor priority point totals. Points will not be combined.
  • Points will be deducted for infraction of rules and regulations (i.e., not completing setup on time, dismantling earlier than closing time, etc.). Organizations should be aware that prime space is typically assigned to those organizations with a longer exhibit history.
  • INTA shall have the right to assign space to the exhibitor and/or rearrange the floor plan, and/or relocate any exhibit at any time before or during the period of Exhibition.

* INTA products and services include: Sponsorships, Exhibiting at the Trademark Administrators and Practitioners (TMAP) Conference, etc.

Rules and Regulations of the Exhibition Hall

General Service Contractor and Exhibitor Kit

Freeman Decorating Company is the official general service contractor for the installation and dismantling of the Exhibition.

By February 2014, Freeman will email all confirmed exhibitors an Exhibitor Kit, which contains order forms and additional information concerning services offered by Freeman. If you would like to design a custom booth for the tradeshow floor, please contact Denise Johnston at Denise.johnston@freemanco.com. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to pay all charges to Freeman for services rendered by Freeman.

INTA recommends that exhibitors place their orders with Freeman in advance of the Annual Meeting. Orders received by Freeman without payment and/or after the deadline stated in the Exhibitor Kit will result in an additional 30 percent charge over the indicated prices.
