INTA is pleased to announce that its 2019 Annual Meeting will take place in Boston, Massachusetts, USA, May 18–22. Registration will launch Wednesday, January 23, 2019 to all, as will the hotel booking system. Members who took advantage of the Annual Meeting pre-sale will have access to the registration system starting Wednesday, January 16, and will be able to add on events and access the hotel booking system. Pre-sale registrants will receive an email with instructions on booking a hotel room. 

Where will the Annual Meeting be held in 2019?

The 2019 Annual Meeting will be held in Boston, Massachusetts, USA, from Saturday, May 18 through Wednesday, May 22, 2019. Most meeting events will be held at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center (BCEC), 415 Summer Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02210.

 Do I need a visa?


All individuals from outside the United States require a valid passport to enter the United States. To determine if you also require a visa to enter the United States and the required documentation, please visit this website for more details.

If needed for your country, you will be able to order an official Visa Letter from INTA during the registration process. Please note that you must be registered for the Annual Meeting to receive a Visa Letter. Applying for a visa can take time and you are encouraged to start the process early. Visa letters will only be provided for registrants and cannot be provided for guests.
