The Asia-Pacific Conference will be held on October 11–12, at:

INTA has negotiated a special room rate at the Hyatt Regency Sydney Hotel, for the convenience of registered attendees. Based on availability, these rates will be available 2 days prior to and 2 days after the published meeting dates. Rooms will be available in June when registration launches. 

Credit card details will also be held on file to guarantee the remainder of your booking.

Room rates (quoted in AUD Dollars). Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. 

City View guest rooms:
Single Occupancy    AUD $375
Double Occupancy   AUD $400

The above room rates includes ten percent (10%) Goods & Services Tax (GST). One (1) full buffet breakfast served in the Sailmaker, and also includes basic internet access per room, per day.

Travel: Passport and Visa Information


All visitors to Australia must have a valid visa to travel to and enter Australia (other than New Zealand passport holders who will normally be granted a Special Category visa on arrival, provided you meet health and character requirements; and permanent residents of Norfolk Island who may be granted a Permanent Resident of Norfolk Island visa on arrival).

If you are outside Australia only certain passport holders can apply for this visa online.

If you hold a passport from the People's Republic of China and are applying from within China you might be able to apply for a Visitor Visa (subclass 600) Frequent Traveller Stream Visa.
