In this event, we’ll learn what brand restrictions consist of and the products and industries that they affect. We’ll also present the differences between branding and advertising in the hands of experts in advertising and law.

This roundtable will allow us to reflect on the effectiveness of restrictions on advertising and the use of trademarks, the reaction of consumers, and their level of trust in brands and governments—as well as the need for clarity in regulators regarding the concepts of advertising and brand use.
