Championing Women Leaders: The Road Forward
Multiple Time Zones | March 8, 2021
Join us on March 8, 2021, International Women’s Day and the one-year anniversary of our Women’s LeadershIP Initiative, for worldwide virtual forums to discuss the newly released The Women’s LeadershIP Initiative Report and Best Practices Toolkit.
Through The Women’s LeadershIP Initiative, we’re working to address the under-representation of women in intellectual property (IP) and bridge career development and leadership gaps for women in the field.
Facilitated by women leaders, the one-hour forums will discuss the implementation of best practices compiled in the report and additional recommendations brought forward by participants to foster career advancement and leadership opportunities for women.
An open discussion about the path forward will follow. Topics may include best practices to advance women’s representation, careers, and work-life integration, such as:
- Mentorship and sponsorship
- Leadership development programs
- Coaching circles
- Performance and success measurements based on quality indicators
- Formal flexible working arrangements
- And more!
Attendance is limited to 50 attendees per forum. This free event is exclusively for INTA members.
