This program will bring together experts from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) along with practitioners from both countries, to share information on trademark law developments and practice perspectives in the U.S. and China. The 100-minute program will provide an opportunity for businesses, brand owners, intellectual property lawyers, and other IP stakeholders to hear unique and concise summaries of the latest changes in trademark law from USPTO and CNIPA as well as the perceptions from the field by experienced practitioners.
