Position Description
Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience with U.S. trademark and copyright prosecution; managing domestic and global trademark portfolios, including counseling on clearance opinions, enforcement actions, and dispute resolution; and litigating before the TTAB and federal courts, including researching and preparing pleadings, discovery, and motions.
Qualifications
Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience.
Candidates must be admitted to and in good standing with a state Bar.
Exceptional writing skills are a must.
