Position Description
GBC is seeking a Trademark Associate to join our top-rated trademark team in Chicago. The successful candidate will have 3 years or more of experience in trademark prosecution, counseling, oppositions, and litigation. Attention to detail and ability to work independently are essential. Join an established team of trademark professionals handling trademark litigation, prosecution, client counseling, clearance work, and proceedings before the TTAB.
GBC is a full-service intellectual property law firm with a hybrid work week and focus on work-life balance. Our employees work 3 days in the office and 2 days at home each week. GBC offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and a full benefits package.
Qualifications
Successful candidates should have at least 3 years of experience with trademark prosecution, counseling, oppositions, and litigation. They should have excellent academic credentials and strong communication and analytical skills. Current bar membership in good standing required.
