Position Description
Haug Partners is seeking a full-time Trademark/Copyright Litigation Associate for our West Palm Beach, Florida, USA, office.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of attorney experience handling litigation and adversarial matters
- Hands-on experience drafting motions, pleadings and preparing/responding to discovery requests
- Negotiation experience is a plus
- Experience with TTAB matters is preferred
- Strong legal research and writing skills required
- Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and work both independently and in a team environment
- Must be admitted to the Florida Bar or willing and able to sit for the Florida Bar examination
- Strong academic credentials required
