Business Suites

Host Your Meetings at Excel London

Secure a signature Business Suite at Excel London, Crown Plaza London Docklands, or Aloft London Excel and host your meetings in a private space. More than 50 organizations have already booked their Business Suite. Don’t miss out, space is limited.

How To Participate

  1. Submit the Business Suites Form. A separate form must be submitted for each day you plan to host an event.
  2. Wait for Approval: INTA will review your request and approve your Business Suite based on availability.
  3. Post-Approval: INTA will reach out to work with you on your Business Suite.

General Information

  • Corporate Members in good standing enjoy complimentary access to the suites. Non-Corporate and Associate Members may use them for an additional fee.
  • All Business Suites are assigned subject availability.
  • Our event management consultant will oversee all suite services—including catering, audiovisual support, and logistics seamlessly.

The suites will be available at the following times: 

  • Saturday, May 2, 8:00 am–7:00 pm 
  • Sunday, May 3, 8:00 am–4:30 pm 
  • Monday, May 4, 8:00 am–5:00 pm 
  • Tuesday, May 5, 8:00 am–5:00 pm 
  • Wednesday, May 6, 8:00 am–2:00 pm 

Pricing for non-corporate members will vary depending on their needs; invoices will be provided upon booking confirmation.

Terms and Conditions

  • All event guests and staff must register for the 2026 INTA Annual Meeting and wear their own meeting badge to access event spaces. 
  • INTA recommends to have at least three (3) members from your organization registered for the 2026 Annual Meeting. 
  • You may bring a pop-up banner to display immediately outside your Business Suite for your meeting. You must remove the pop-up banner after your meeting. 
  • Business Suites inside the Convention Center for INTA Corporate Members come with a complimentary screen, projector, and basic Wi-Fi. Additional audio-visual equipment, hardwired Internet, and/or catering can be ordered through Tina Vickery, our event management consultant ([email protected])and will come at an extra cost. 
  • Business Suites inside the Convention Center for INTA non-Corporate Members come with complimentary basic Wi-Fi. An extra cost will be charged for audio-visual equipment, hardwired Internet, and/or catering can be ordered through Tina Vickery. 
  • When you submit this form, we will hold and book a room for you based on availability. Therefore, if your room reservation needs to be cancelled, you must notify Tina Vickery ([email protected]) in writing as soon as possible so your space can be released to others on INTA’s waitlist. 
  • For INTA Corporate Members, the deadline for cancellation is January 30, 2026. For cancellations received after January 30, 2026, a $250 cancellation fee will be assessed. 
  • For any INTA non-Corporate Member or non-members, a cancellation fee will be assessed starting on January 30, 2026 as follows:

Room Allocation Schedule

For all requests coming in between October 1, 2025, and January 31, 2026, your room assignment will be shared with you by the end of February 2026.

All requests coming in starting February 1, 2026, will be based on space availability.

Please note: Access to the Business Suites is limited to registered attendees of the 2026 Annual Meeting. If a Corporate Member has not scheduled a meeting with you, entry to the suites will not be permitted.
