INTA’s housing block is now open for registered attendees!

INTA has negotiated discounted rates at all hotels in our official block from April 29 to May 9, 2026 (three days before and three days after the official dates of the 2026 Annual Meeting, based on availability).

Bnetwork is our official housing provider.

You must register for the Annual Meeting before reserving your hotel room within INTA’s block of discounted rooms. If you cancel your registration, your hotel reservation will also be canceled. The Annual Meeting rate is limited to one room per registrant. Once you complete the meeting registration, you will receive a link to the hotel booking system in your confirmation email, or you can log into the registration portal at any time after you register to book a room (based on availability).

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Pricing for hotel rooms will be charged in Pounds Sterling.

Important Notice for Hotel Bookings
Please note that when selecting your travel dates during hotel booking, the date format follows the European pattern: DD/MM/YY (Day/Month/Year). For example, 15/03/25 represents 15 March 2025. Double-check your dates to avoid any confusion.

Bnetwork’s booking platform uses 3D Secure (3DS), an anti-fraud security system which requires customers to complete an additional verification step with the card issuer at checkout. If the transaction is denied, this may be due to the transaction not being verified with the MFA code. Please contact your financial institution in order to allow the transaction to proceed with the payment online. Please note, the unsecured room will be placed on tentative hold for 72 hours. Room will be released after 72 hours if payment is not provided.
