The opportunity to register in December 2025 and secure your hotel room early is exclusive to INTA members who have renewed their membership for 2026 and new members who have recently joined INTA and whose membership extends through 2026.

How to take advantage of the Early Bird registration in December 2025:

• Members active and renewed through 2026: You are now eligible to register for the Annual Meeting and secure your hotel.
• Members who have not yet renewed for 2026: Please renew your membership in order to register for the Annual Meeting and reserve your hotel accommodations.
• Non-Members: Join INTA now, then register for the Annual Meeting and book your hotel.

For everyone else, early bird registration will open on January 5, 2026.
