Continuing Education Credits
U.S. Continuing Legal Education (CLE)
INTA applies for CLE accreditation for eligible Annual Meeting sessions with multiple U.S. state bar authorities. Approval, credit amounts, and credit categories vary by jurisdiction and are subject to each state bar’s rules and final determination. Attendees are responsible for complying with their individual state reporting requirements.
UK Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
INTA Annual Meeting sessions are designed to support professional learning and development. UK‑based legal professionals may be able to record attendance at eligible sessions toward their CPD or continuing competence requirements, subject to the rules of their relevant regulator. Participants are responsible for determining eligibility and maintaining their own records.
Fortbildung
INTA Annual Meeting sessions are designed to support professional education and development. German lawyers (Rechtsanwälte), including Fachanwälte, may be able to count attendance at relevant sessions toward their Fortbildung obligations under the Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung (BRAO) and Fachanwaltsordnung (FAO), subject to individual assessment and the requirements of their local Rechtsanwaltskammer. Participants are responsible for determining eligibility and maintaining their own records.
