From 2:00-3:45 pm, a closed-door session exclusively for IP office professionals will focus on IT for the IPO of the Future, including digital modernization, technology-enabled service delivery, and how IP offices can collaborate as they navigate digital transformation. From 3:45-4:00 pm, the workshop opens to both IP offices and corporate participants, creating space for shared reflection, dialogue, and connection.
