Global IP disputes are increasingly shaped by jurisdictional maneuvering and procedural tactics. This session explores the impact of the ECJ’s BSH v. Electrolux ruling on national court competence and foreign IP rights, as well as the evolving role of the Unified Patent Court (UPC) in cross-border enforcement. Alongside the rise of interim licenses, anti-suit, and anti-anti-suit injunctions in SEP litigation, panelists will examine how courts in Europe, Brazil, China, and elsewhere are responding to these challenges.
