- Member-only access: What is the exact process and deadline for non-member exhibitors to join INTA and still qualify for pre-sale benefits?
The exhibitor pre-sale is a member-only benefit. Non-member 2026 exhibitors may qualify if their INTA membership is fully approved and paid in full by August 12, 2026. Exhibitors should contact [email protected] to begin the membership process. - Benefit changes: Why is there a shift from the prior complimentary badge structure to the updated 2027 benefit package?
INTA refreshed the exhibitor package to provide clearer, more consistent benefits by booth size while adding new value that extends beyond the meeting. The 2027 package includes AI directory visibility for eligible providers, group hotel-booking support, and targeted Innovation Marketplace Only badges during pre-sale. - Membership process: Who should exhibitors contact if they need help joining before August 12?
Exhibitors should contact [email protected] for membership information and assistance before the August 12 deadline. - Membership timing: Does membership need to be fully approved, paid, or submitted by August 12 to qualify?
Membership must be fully approved and paid in full by August 12, 2026, to qualify for member-only pre-sale pricing and benefits. - Returning exhibitor eligibility: Are all 2026 exhibitors eligible, or are there exclusions based on payment status, contract status, or booth history?
The offer is available only to 2026 Annual Meeting exhibitors who are INTA members as of August 12, 2026. No exceptions apply. - Application process: Where do exhibitors complete space selection and contract execution?

For those who apply and are fully paid by August 12, 2026, booth assignments will be made in priority point order. After presale application will be assigned in date order. - After August 12, 2026: Can exhibitors still reserve space after pre-sale ends, and which benefits will no longer be included?
Exhibitors may reserve space after August 12, 2026, subject to availability, but pre-sale rates will no longer apply. Standard rates are listed in the pricing table. Some pre-sale benefits will end after August 12, 2026; others may remain available for an additional fee. - Fees and inclusions: Do listed booth rates include taxes, processing fees, booth services, furniture, electricity, Wi-Fi, carpet, cleaning, or material handling?
The listed rates are exhibit space rates for each booth size and include taxes. There are no processing fees. All other services will be available through the exhibitor manual December 1, 2026. - Cancellation terms: What are the cancellation, refund, transfer, or downsizing rules?Cancellation, refund, transfer, and downsizing terms should be governed by the exhibitor agreement.
- Badge upgrades: Can Innovation Marketplace Only badges be upgraded to full conference registration before or onsite?
Innovation Marketplace Only badges may be upgraded to full conference registration before or onsite at the prevailing full conference registration rate. The $995 Innovation Marketplace Only badge fee will be credited toward the upgrade. - Onsite pricing: What onsite rate will apply if someone needs expanded access later?Innovation Marketplace Only badges may be upgraded to full conference registration before or onsite at the prevailing full conference registration rate. - Access control: How will restricted access areas be monitored, and what happens if a badge holder tries to enter an area not included with the badge?
Innovation Marketplace Only badges provide access only to the Innovation Marketplace, Innovation Marketplace programming, Hospitality Area, Opening Ceremonies, and Opening Reception. Access to those areas will be monitored by security staff. Badge holders who need access to other areas must purchase full conference registration. - Full registration scope: What exactly is included in a full conference registration, and are any activities excluded or ticketed separately?
Full conference registration provides broader access to the Annual Meeting, except for ticketed activities or those requiring separate pre-registration or additional fees. - AI directory eligibility: What criteria determine whether an exhibitor qualifies as an AI software solution provider?
The AI directory listing is intended for exhibitors that are INTA Associate Service Members in good standing – or that have recently joined and are fully approved by August 12, 2026 – and that provide software solutions for IP practice. Non-member Associate Service Firms that provide software solutions for IP practice may also purchase a directory listing for an additional fee. - AI directory timing: When does the AI directory listing go live, how long does it remain active, and can exhibitors update their listing?
The target launch for the AI directory is September 1. Information collection will begin by July 27, 2026, so INTA can prepare the directory for launch. A separate form will be shared with qualifying exhibitors to collect the required listing information. This form will also provide information on listing duration, update process. The complimentary listing provides year-round visibility on INTA’s website and is in addition to the standard exhibitor page on the Annual Meeting microsite. - Group hotel booking: Who manages hotel block requests, are rooms guaranteed, and what deposits, cancellation terms, or cut-off dates apply?
Group hotel requests are managed through INTA’s official housing provider, Connections Housing. This benefit applies only to room blocks of 8 or more rooms. Once they have paid in full, eligible exhibitors may begin the group housing request process by contacting Connections Housing at [email protected]. Requests are subject to availability, review, and group housing terms. Room names are due Wednesday, January 27, 2027, at 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
- July 27 2026: Information collection begins for eligible AI directory listings.
- August 12, 2026: Pre-sale ends. Member-only pre-sale pricing and benefits end after this date. Non-member 2026 exhibitors must have membership fully approved and paid in full by this date to qualify.
- August 13, 2026: Standard 2027 exhibit space pricing begins.
- September 1: Target launch date for the AI directory listing.
- Wednesday, January 27, 2027, at 5:00 PM Pacific Time: Room names are due for approved group hotel room blocks.
