Business Suites at the 2027 INTA Annual Meeting
Business Suites provide Annual Meeting registrants with convenient, professional meeting spaces to host private meetings during the INTA Annual Meeting. Designed to support productive conversations and meaningful relationship-building, the 2027 Business Suites program offers flexible options tailored to different meeting styles, group sizes, and budgets.
All Business Suites are located within the San Diego Convention Center or at nearby hotels within the INTA hotel block and are available exclusively to 2027 Annual Meeting registrants.
Business Suites are considered INTA Affiliate Events and must comply with INTA’s Affiliate Event Policy and related requirements. They may not be used for structured educational, legal, policy, or professional training content that overlaps with or competes with INTA’s official programming and specific events. Access is limited to badge-holding registrants, and use is subject to INTA’s scheduling, branding, and operational guidelines.

A Business Suite is a professional meeting space available to 2027 INTA Annual Meeting registrants for hosting private, non‑educational meetings, such as client discussions, internal meetings, and product training presentations. Business Suites are located within the San Diego Convention Center or the INTA hotel block, keeping hosts and guests close to the core of the Meeting.
- Fixed Meeting Rooms: Fully enclosed private rooms ideal for confidential client or internal meetings.
- Buildouts: Semi‑private, dedicated spaces designed for organizations hosting a high volume of meetings over multiple days. Available on the Upper Level of the Convention Center and in the Innovation Marketplace.
- Roundtables: Shared, open meeting areas suited for short, informal discussions or quick meetings.
Here’s how to request and get approval for a Business Suite for the 2027 Annual Meeting:
- Submit a Business Suites Request Form: You’ll need to fill out a separate form for each day you want to use a Suite.
- INTA review: We’ll review your request (usually within 5 business days) to check availability and ensure it meets the guidelines.
- If your request is approved, our team will contact you to confirm your Business Suite assignment and coordinate next steps based on the timeline below:
- For requests received between July 17 and September 30, 2026,
assignments will be confirmed by the end of October 2026. - For requests received between October 1, 2026 and January 31, 2027, assignments will be confirmed by the end of February 2027.
- Requests received after February 1, 2027 are subject to availability; please allow up to five business days to receive specific information.
- For requests received between July 17 and September 30, 2026,
- Business Suites are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
To host or attend a meeting in a Business Suite, make sure you meet these requirements:
- Event registration:
- All hosts, guests, and staff must be registered for the 2027 Annual Meeting.
- Everyone also must wear their official meeting badge to access the Business Suite.
- Staffing: We recommend having at least three registered team members from your organization to help manage and staff your Suite.
- One Suite per INTA Corporate Member: Each INTA Corporate Member organization may reserve one complimentary Business Suite in the San Diego Convention Center for a few hours, a full day, or multiple days, subject to availability. Please see the pricing details below.
- Associate members, non-INTA members, or extra suites: Associate member organizations, non-INTA members, and any additional suite bookings (beyond the one complimentary suite for corporate members) are welcome but will incur standard fees.
Business Suites are available for use on all official Annual Meeting days, with a few key limitations:
- Not during certain events: Business Suite meetings cannot be scheduled during:
- Opening Ceremonies: Sunday, May 9, 2027 (4:30 PM–6:00 PM)
- Welcome Reception: Sunday, May 9, 2027 (6:30 PM–8:00 PM)
- Exclusivity rule: Business Suites cannot include any structured educational, legal, or professional content that would duplicate or compete with official INTA programming (see next question for details).
- Other available times: Outside of those restricted events, you can book Business Suite meetings during their normal operating hours (including times that overlap with daytime educational sessions, since suites are onsite meeting spaces).
Business Suites may not be used for formal educational or professional training sessions. Product training presentations are permitted only when they are product-specific, business-focused, and designed to support client, customer, or user engagement.
- INTA’s Exclusivity Rule for Affiliate Events (like Business Suites) prohibits any structured educational, legal, policy, or instructional content in these suites.
- Educational content typically includes, but is not limited to:
- Panels, workshops, presentations, or briefings with defined learning objectives or agendas
- Sessions led by designated speakers or moderators for instructional purposes
- CLE‑, CPD‑, or professional training‑style programs
- Activities promoted using terms such as seminar, workshop, panel, briefing, training, masterclass, or similar language
- Content intended to convey legal, regulatory, policy, or professional guidance applicable beyond the meeting itself
- Educational content does not include:
- Informal networking conversations
- Private client meetings or internal firm discussions
- Business development meetings focused on products, services, or relationships
- Social or hospitality gatherings without structured instructional content
- Compliance monitoring: INTA will review your proposed Business Suite activities and may flag or disallow any activity if it appears to be prohibited under these rules.
