INTA 2027 Exhibits Presale is Now Open

The International Trademark Association’s Annual Meeting is the largest and best-attended event for IP professionals in the world. Now is the time for you to reserve your exhibit space to network with over 10,000 industry leaders in the professional atmosphere of the Annual Meeting.

Scheduled for May 8-12 at the San Diego Convention Cente r in San Diego, there will be a first-class educational program, a wide range of business development activities and plenty of networking opportunities.

Non-member 2026 exhibitors can qualify if their INTA membership is fully approved and paid in full by August 12, 2026.

2027 Annual Meeting Exhibit Sales Are Open — Pre-Sale Ends August 12, 2026

The refreshed 2027 pre-sale offer helps exhibitors increase visibility, capture leads, simplify team planning, and close more business at the Innovation Marketplace. New member-only benefits include complimentary access to the lead retrieval app, year-round AI directory visibility for eligible AI software solution providers, group hotel-booking support for larger teams, and targeted Innovation Marketplace-only badges for sales-focused staff.

Reserve by August 12, 2026 to secure member-only pre-sale pricing and benefits before standard pricing begins and pre-sale-only benefits end.

To qualify for member rates, your organization must be a member in good standing by April 1, 2027. Renewed or new memberships after this date will not be entitled to the member rate, and no refunds will be issued.

Group hotel-booking support: Eligible exhibitors with room blocks of 8 rooms or more may begin the group housing request process after they have paid in full by contacting Connections Housing at [email protected]. This benefit supports a streamlined booking experience and potential cost efficiencies for larger teams. Requests are subject to availability, review, and group housing terms; room names are due Wednesday, January 27, 2027, at 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
AI directory listing: Eligible AI software solution providers receive a complimentary INTA website listing with logo and booth number, in addition to the Annual Meeting microsite exhibitor page. The listing is designed for year-round visibility, with a target launch of September 1. Information collection will begin by July 27, 2026, to prepare for launch, and a separate form will be shared with qualifying exhibitors to collect listing details. Fees apply after pre-sale.

Innovation Marketplace Only Badges

Add Innovation Marketplace Only badges during pre-sale for $995 per badge.
Purchase limits match included complimentary badges by booth size.
Badges include access to the Innovation Marketplace, Innovation Marketplace programming, Hospitality Area, Opening Ceremonies, and Opening Reception.
Innovation Marketplace Only badges may be upgraded to full conference registration before or onsite at the prevailing full conference registration rate. The $995 Innovation Marketplace Only badge fee will be credited toward the upgrade.

Important Access Notice

Plan badge access carefully: Innovation Marketplace Only badges include access to the Innovation Marketplace, Innovation Marketplace programming, the Hospitality Area, the Opening Ceremonies, and the Opening Reception. Committee members, speakers, and anyone needing broader San Diego Convention Center access, off-site Business Development activities, and the Grand Finale must purchase a full conference registration. Exhibitors who want additional full-access badges should purchase them during registration pre-sale, which ends July 10, 2026. The next time you can buy full-access badges will be from October 1, 2026 to October 31, 2026,
