The Corporate Commitment Rate is designed for corporate representatives who want to be more engaged in the Annual Meeting experience. In exchange for the reduced rate, each participating registrant must complete six activities during the Annual Meeting to build valuable connections across the INTA community. The speaking engagement is required only upon request by INTA.

If required activities are not completed, INTA will apply the US $200 follow-up charge to the registrant’s next INTA purchase or otherwise request payment of the amount by Friday, August 6, 2027. Exceptions and minimum participation standards are detailed in the Terms and Conditions.

Additional opportunities to participate are encouraged, optional, or available upon request.

• The reduced Corporate Member Rate provides US $300 in savings from the base price.
• Completing all required activities provides an additional US $200 in commitment savings, for total savings of US $500.
• Participating corporate representatives will receive recognition before and during the Annual Meeting for helping strengthen the INTA community and the Annual Meeting experience.
• No additional discount is provided for completing any of the activities listed under “Before the Annual Meeting.”

As part of this pilot, INTA will discontinue prior corporate bulk-registration benefits. The new approach offers clear cost-saving benefits, with savings determined by the pricing option you select and, for the Corporate Commitment Rate, completion of the program’s required activities.

This approach rewards active participation rather than registration volume and creates more meaningful opportunities for associate members to connect with engaged corporate participants.

The Corporate Commitment Program is designed to offer corporate members meaningful savings while supporting a more connected Annual Meeting experience. The Terms and Conditions below explain the program, including eligibility, required engagement activities, verification, and how the commitment savings will be handled. They should be read together with INTA’s Event Policies.

Relationship to INTA Event Policies

• These Terms and Conditions supplement the INTA Event Policies and provide the program-specific details corporate members need so that they can participate with confidence.
• All registrants remain subject to INTA’s Event Policies, including registration, payment, cancellation, substitution, conduct, privacy, photography, accessibility, event changes, and liability requirements.
• If these Terms and Conditions conflict with INTA’s Event Policies, INTA’s Event Policies control unless these Terms and Conditions expressly state a program-specific rule.

Your Pricing Options

• Corporate Member Rate: US $1,425 with no commitments.
• Corporate Commitment Rate: US $1,225 with six required activities.
• The Corporate Commitment Rate provides an additional US $200 in savings beyond the Corporate Member Rate when all six required activities are completed.
• Select the Corporate Commitment Rate during registration only if you are prepared to complete the six required activities.
• If you are unsure whether to participate, register at the general Corporate Member Rate and contact [email protected] before Friday, February 19, 2027, to discuss switching to the commitment option.
• A registrant may request a change between the Corporate Member Rate and Corporate Commitment Rate before Friday, February 19, 2027, subject to eligibility, capacity, and payment or INTA’s credit policy for any applicable difference.
• If a registrant switches from the Corporate Commitment Rate to the Corporate Member Rate before Friday, February 19, 2027, the registrant must pay the difference in price plus a separate 3.3% payment processing fee.
• If a registrant switches from the Corporate Commitment Rate to the Corporate Member Rate after Friday, February 19, 2027, the registrant must pay the prevailing registration price at the time of the change, plus a separate 3.3% payment-processing fee.

Membership and Eligibility

• Only 2027 INTA Regular Members* may participate in the Corporate Commitment Program.
• The organization must be an INTA member in good standing when the registrant registers and throughout the Annual Meeting.
• If the organization’s membership lapses before or during the Annual Meeting, INTA may require payment of the applicable non-member rate.
• Participation is assessed individually. Employees from the same company or umbrella organization may select different rates, and one registrant’s eligibility, commitments, or completion status does not affect another registrant from the same organization.
• Eligible registrants must select the Corporate Commitment Rate by Friday, February 19, 2027; late enrollment will not be accepted because INTA must assign program obligations in advance.
• Bulk and group registration discounts no longer apply to any Regular Member categories, including Regular Non-Profit, SME, University, and Start-Up Members.
• There is no cap per organization on the number of eligible employees who may select the Corporate Commitment Rate.

Registration, Payment, and Fees

• Each participant must register individually.
• Payment is due at registration, and the standard payment-processing fee applies.
• The waived fee applies only to the required Speed Networking session and required Table Topic under the Corporate Commitment Program, subject to availability, and does not waive any other applicable Annual Meeting fees. Participation is limited to one representative per organization per Speed Networking session or Table Topic, as applicable.

Required Community Engagement Activities

• All six required activities must be completed personally by the registrant enrolled at the Corporate Commitment Rate and may not be transferred, shared, or credited to a colleague.
• The six community engagement activities are:
  • Complete two visits to the Innovation Marketplace, with each visit taking place on a different Annual Meeting day.
  • Take part in at least one official Speed Networking session. The registrant must check in before the session begins and participate for the full scheduled session. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late or departures before the session ends will not count unless INTA approves an exception.
  • Attend at least one official regional reception. The registrant must check in at the designated scanning point and remain for at least 30 minutes.
  • Attend one general education session outside the dedicated in-house series on three of the five Annual Meeting days.
  • Attend one Table Topic. Corporate Commitment Program participants will receive the list of available Table Topics, select their top two choices, and be assigned to one. The registrant must check in before the Table Topic begins, remain for the full discussion, and participate appropriately. The fee is waived, participation is subject to availability, and only one representative per organization may attend each Table Topic.
  • Participate as a speaker at an education session or panel, upon request.
• INTA will track completion through app-based scanning and check-ins at qualifying activities.
• If a registrant misses the on-site scanning during the event, they must visit the Registration Desk on-site to ensure that their participation is recorded.
• Extra participation in one category does not replace a missed activity in another.
• If a required activity reaches capacity, becomes unavailable, or conflicts with another INTA-scheduled obligation, INTA will make reasonable efforts to provide a comparable alternative activity that offers a similar level of engagement and can be verified through the program’s tracking process. INTA will determine whether an alternative activity is comparable.
• If INTA cannot accommodate the registrant and cannot offer a comparable alternative, the registrant will retain the US $200 commitment savings for the Annual Meeting.
• Registrants who need an accessibility, religious, or unavoidable schedule accommodation should contact INTA ([email protected]) as early as possible. INTA will review the request and, where appropriate, provide a reasonably comparable alternative without penalty.
• If a scan or check-in is missed, the registrant should contact INTA promptly and provide any available supporting information. INTA will review event records and make the final determination.
• Where the tracking platform allows, INTA will make reasonable efforts to provide completion-status information during the Annual Meeting. Registrants remain responsible for completing and checking in to all required activities.

Encouraged, Optional, and Upon-Request Activities

• These activities do not affect the Corporate Commitment Rate unless INTA specifically confirms otherwise.
• Optional: Provide a company logo for recognition materials or join the Business Suite program, if space is available.
• Encouraged: Support the Annual Meeting through social media and attend the Welcome Reception.
• Upon request by INTA: Speak in an approved session, meet with a prospective corporate member, or meet with an INTA Platinum Plus sponsor. Meetings may take place virtually before the Annual Meeting or on-site.

Savings, Verification, and Follow-Up Charge

• After the Annual Meeting, INTA will reconcile participation records. A registrant who did not complete all required activities for reasons within the registrant’s control will be notified and subject to the US $200 follow-up charge described below.
• If the registrant completes all six required activities, no further action is needed.
• If a registrant does not complete a required activity for reasons within the registrant’s control, INTA will apply a US $200 follow-up charge to that registrant’s next INTA purchase or invoice the registration by Friday, August 6, 2027.
• The US $200 follow-up charge applies only to participants in the Corporate Commitment Program who do not fulfill the requirements and does not affect the US $300 Corporate Member Rate savings.
• Minimum participation standards for Speed Networking, regional receptions, and Table Topics are stated under Required Community Engagement Activities and apply when INTA verifies completion.
• The no-penalty protection for activities that INTA cannot provide is stated under Required Community Engagement Activities and applies during reconciliation.
• Any follow-up charge will be recorded against the individual registrant’s account, not the company or umbrella organization.
• If the registrant does not make another INTA purchase, the US $200 follow-up charge remains associated with that individual until it is applied to a future purchase or otherwise resolved with INTA. It may not be transferred to another person.
• There is no partial discount or partial adjustment.
• The reconciliation and review process will follow this timeline:
  • If INTA determines that a registrant did not meet the program obligations, INTA will notify that registrant by Friday, June 11, 2027.
  • A registrant may submit a written request for review within 10 calendar days after receiving INTA’s notice. INTA’s decision following that review is final.
  • Any applicable US $200 follow-up charge will then be handled in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Timing and Assignments

• By joining the program, each registrant agrees to complete the required activities and follow INTA’s verification process.
• Commitments must be confirmed by the Early Bird deadline of Friday, February 19, 2027. Assignments will be issued by Monday, March 1, 2027, giving participants time to finalize their schedules.
• INTA will communicate assignments and program instructions directly to participating registrants using the contact information provided during registration.
• Questions or concerns about assignments or verification should be directed promptly to INTA Member Operations  and, whenever possible, before Friday, February 19, 2027.

Cancellations and Substitutions

• INTA’s Event Policies govern cancellations and substitutions.
• A substitute registrant may participate in the Corporate Commitment Program only if INTA confirms the substitution, the substitute is eligible, and the substitute accepts these Terms and Conditions.
• Activities completed by the original registrant do not transfer. The substitute must complete the requirements confirmed by INTA.
• Questions about eligibility or substitutions should be directed to INTA before the Early Bird deadline of Friday, February 19, 2027, whenever possible.
• If a substitution is requested after Friday, February 19, 2027, INTA may approve or deny the substitution at its discretion.

Program Changes

• INTA may adjust activities, assignments, capacity limits, tracking methods, schedules, or comparable alternative options as needed to implement the pilot successfully.
• The comparable-alternative provisions under Required Community Engagement Activities apply if INTA changes or removes a required activity.
• If no comparable option is available, including when INTA cancels the event or cannot provide the required activity or a comparable alternative, the affected registrant will retain the US $200 commitment savings.

Recognition

• INTA may recognize participating corporate representatives before and during the Annual Meeting through program materials, digital channels, or on-site acknowledgments. Recognition does not include guaranteed priority or exclusive access.
• A registrant may request not to be publicly recognized without losing eligibility for the Corporate Commitment Rate.

Conduct, Privacy, and Event Access

• Participants must comply with the conduct, privacy, photography, accessibility, event access, event changes, and liability provisions in INTA’s Event Policies.

Acceptance

• By selecting the Corporate Commitment Rate, the registrant accepts these Terms and Conditions and agrees to comply with all applicable INTA Event Policies.
