INTA has reserved blocks of rooms in multiple hotels in Amsterdam. The reservation process will be conducted through the INTA Housing Service.

Hotel reservations begin earlier for this Annual Meeting than in previous years. Attendees may make their reservations through the INTA Housing Bureau beginning on October 14, 2002 .The discounted room rates will be available through January 2003, or until supply runs out. INTA anticipates that Amsterdam will be a popular venue and urges you to make your reservations as soon as possible after October 14,2002. INTA has learned that certain entities not affiliated with or authorized by INTA have been contacting potential INTA Annual Meeting attendees, offering to make hotel reservations for them. 

INTA has not entered into any agreements with those entities, nor has it supplied them with contact information. 

There is not a shortage of hotel rooms in Amsterdam. Reservations made through other organizations will likely result in higher rates, and no hotel listing in the Annual Meeting Attendee Directory.
