Visa Letters

FIRST, you must be registered for the Annual Meeting in order to obtain a visa letter. While completing the Annual Meeting program registration form, check the box to "I am requesting a Visa Letter" found under the "Other Information" section. Once your registration has been processed, a letter will be sent within 5 - 7 business days.

New U.S. Entry and Exit Procedures

On September 30, 2004, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security began requiring all visitors holding non-immigrant visas, including those traveling under the Visa Waiver Program, to comply with new entry and exit procedures.
