“Game On” Sports Arena Coming to the 2024 Annual Meeting!
INTA is excited to announce a new Business Development attraction at the 2024 Annual Meeting: the dynamic “Game On” Sports Arena. This dedicated arena will be located at the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC) and will be open from Sunday, May 19 through Tuesday, May 21. We’re thrilled to offer this unique space to sports enthusiasts who want to play or watch, have some fun, and get some exercise between sessions.
The “Game On” Sports Arena will include a small soccer field, volleyball court, tennis court, mini-golf course, and other fun and exciting games! Registrants can also purchase INTA Annual Meeting–branded merchandise or food and beverages from a food cart inside the arena. At INTA, we believe in creating memorable experiences, and this hall is the perfect location to integrate some networking and have a blend of work and play.

INTA Looks at Enforcement Challenges of the Future at Seminar in Belgium
On February 22, INTA Senior Policy Officer Fernando Diaz attended a seminar organized by the Belgian Presidency of the Council of the European Union, the European Union Intellectual Property Office, and the Belgian Federal Public Service Economy. Titled, “On Enforcement Challenges for the Future,” the event was a fruitful exchange of ideas on the latest topics and challenges facing the intellectual property community, including the responsible storage and destruction of counterfeit goods, the EU Belt and Road Initiative, and artificial intelligence.

The United States Annual Review—in Print and in Person!
The United States Annual Review issue of The Trademark Reporter (TMR), by TMR authors (and President’s Award winners) Theodore H. Davis Jr. (Kilpatrick, Townsend and Stockton, USA) and John L. Welch (Wolf, Greenfield & Sacks, USA), is a review of trademark cases in the United States for the 76th year of administration of the Lanham Act (approximately July 2022–June 2023) arranged in three parts: ex parte appeals; inter partes proceedings; and litigation in the federal courts and state courts of general jurisdiction.
