Payment Methods

Credit Cards
For program and housing fees we accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa cards. Check the appropriate box on your print or online registration form. Please note that tour and hotel reservation fees can be paid only by credit card.

Checks
Checks for program fees must be made out to the International Trademark Association for the full amount. Checks for housing fees must be made out to the INTA Housing Bureau for the full amount. 

Wire Transfers
Wire transfers require an additional charge of US $30, and you must complete and submit the wire transfer form, which is available at www.inta.org/wiretransfer. Only the fees for the Annual Meeting registration should be included in the wire transfer – do not include payment for tours, hotel reservations or other items. Registration Categories

Regular and Associate Member Registration
All employees of an INTA member organization are considered INTA members and are eligible for this registration fee category. To check your membership status, contact customerservice@inta.org. Please note that membership is by location.

Professor and Student Member Registration
Only individuals who are student or professor members of INTA are eligible for this registration fee category. For more information on student and professor memberships, please visit www.inta.org/join.

Emeritus Registration 
Only individuals who are current emeritus members are eligible for this registration fee category. For more information on this class of membership, typically reserved for past Association presidents, executive directors and some retired trademark professionals, please contact customerservice@inta.org.

Non-Member Registration 
Individuals who do not qualify for one of the previously mentioned membership categories are eligible for this registration fee category. Not an INTA member? Join and save $475 on your Annual Meeting registration fee! Simply return a completed membership enrollment form with payment along with your meeting registration form.

Guest Registration 
A guest is a spouse, partner/significant other, family member or friend whose occupation is unrelated to the trademark industry. A co-worker or associate within the trademark industry is not eligible for guest registration. Guest registration includes INTA conference transportation, continental breakfast, access to the Exhibition Hall and E-Access Pavilion, and attendance at the Welcome Reception and Grand Finale. Guest registration does not provide access to educational sessions.

Delegate Registration
Complimentary delegate registration may be available to certain government officials. Contact Sharon Armogan at sarmogan@inta.org for more information.

Non-Profit Registration
A reduced registration fee of US $450.00 is available to employees of non-profit organizations. To register under this category, fax your registration form and a copy of your organization's IRS Determination Letter confirming valid non-profit status to Customer Service at +1-212-768-1234. Upon verification of your non-profit status, Customer Service will contact you to process your registration.

Media Registration
Members of the media who wish to report on the INTA Annual Meeting may contact Justin Hajny at publicrelations@inta.org for a special press registration.


Fees
Unless otherwise noted above, fees include access to all sessions, continental breakfast, workshops, receptions, online materials, printed Attendee Directory, and a Final Program booklet.

EXTRAS
The following are not included in the attendee fee, and must be added to the overall cost. Each event has limited seating capacity, so make sure to sign up early and take advantage of these additional educational or social activities.

Tuition Assistance Program
INTA offers a 25 percent discount from the applicable registration fee as tuition assistance for attorneys with a total household income of less than $35,000 per year. We particularly welcome applications from public and government sector lawyers and recently admitted solo practitioners. To apply for tuition assistance, please mail a completed application form to the CLE Administrator at International Trademark Association, 655 Third Avenue, New York, NY 10017 at least four weeks prior to the program date, along with a non-refundable fee of $25.
