INTA Holds Policy Dialogue About Brand Restrictions

INTA and the Intellectual Property Association of Thailand (IPAT) co-hosted a policy dialogue in Bangkok, Thailand on March 29 to discuss brand restrictions across different industries. A panel of practitioners and diverse brand owners shared their views on legislation and regulations, and brand strategies and challenges. Speakers included Praphon Angtrakool (Food and Drug Administration), Louis Chan (INTA Board Member), Somboon Earterasarun (IPAT Member), Rachanatorn Laohaphan (Moët Hennessy Diageo), Samir Dixit (Brand Finance), Jesse Lieberman (Minor Group), Eliza Stefaniw (KMUTT), Jakkrit Kuanpot (Tilleke & Gibbins), and Kowit Somwaiya (IPAT Member).
