INTA Launches Know Before You Go Report Series to Support International Expansion of Chinese Brands

Published: December 11, 2024

In November, INTA unveiled its Know Before You Go report series during a delegation to China. The initiative aims to equip Chinese brand owners with the essential knowledge and actionable strategies needed to navigate the complexities of the international market.

Drafted in Mandarin specifically for Chinese brand owners, the inaugural installment in this series consists of 14 jurisdiction-specific guides. These guides are tailored to the most relevant areas of concern for Chinese brand owners abroad, such as: temporary restraining orders related to the United States; customs seizures related to the EU; and varying degrees of prosecution and enforcement status quo related to Southeast Asia.
