Position Description
BakerHostetler is seeking a Trademark associate to join its nationally recognized Intellectual Property practice group. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of trademark experience, including experience in global brand protection, trademark counseling, trademark prosecution, trademark clearance, licensing, and enforcement, including cease and desist letters, notice-and-takedown procedures, TTAB actions, foreign oppositions, UDRP disputes, and federal litigation. The candidate should have a demonstrated ability to manage complex U.S. and global trademark portfolios.
Qualifications
Excellent academic credentials, including a J.D. from a nationallyrecognized and accredited law school
• Strong research, writing and oral skills
• The ability to manage a fast-paced, global and complexworkload and docket while maintaining priorities and anticipatingissues
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and timemanagement skills
• The professional commitment and interpersonal skillsnecessary to interact with clients and succeed in a collaborativeteam environment
• Must be admitted to practice law in the state where the candidate will reside

This position may be located in Cincinnati, OH; Cleveland, OH; Columbus, OH; Denver, CO; or Orlando, FL.
The salary offered in any location will be determined by a wide range of factors, including, but not limited to, experience level, education/training, geographic region, and relevant skills. Associates also participate in a performance- and hours-based bonus program. BakerHostetler offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits program, including group health, dental and vision insurance, paid holidays (10 days), paid time off, 401(k)plan, parental leave (10 weeks, not including disability, where applicable), family care program, wellness program, life and accident insurance, and short and long-term disability.
For Cleveland, OH and Denver, CO, the expected annual salary range for this position is $225,000 to $260,00
