Position Description
We are seeking an experienced mid-level trademark associate with USPTO, TTAB, and foreign case experience. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and writing skills, and at least three years of trademark prosecution experience with a mid-size to large law firm. This is not an entry level position. Remote work is possible.
Qualifications
Must have USPTO, TTAB, and foreign case experience, excellent academic credentials and writing skills, and at least three years of trademark prosecution experience with a mid-size to large law firm. Must be admitted to the Bar in the state where you reside. This is not an entry level position. Remote work is possible.
Candidates without the required experience will not be considered.
