October 01, 2026
Madrid, Spain
Spain has emerged as one of Europe’s leading innovation and entrepreneurship hubs, supported by a growing ecosystem of technology companies, venture capital investment, research institutions, and internationally recognized brands. This workshop will bring together professionals from law, finance, business, government, academia, and the start-up community to explore how intellectual property and intangible assets contribute to enterprise value, investment readiness, financing, and long-term competitiveness.
The workshop will explore the opportunities and challenges facing Spanish start-ups and scale-ups as they seek to leverage trademarks, patents, software, data, trade secrets, and reputation to attract capital, accelerate growth, and expand internationally. The focus on these companies highlights the growing importance of IP and other intangible assets in investment and financing decisions.
