Housing Poachers Reminder

INTA carefully chose Connections Housing as the official exclusive housing company for the 2025 Annual Meeting in San Diego, California, USA.

Please be warned that there are other companies claiming to have some relationship with the Annual Meeting. This is a misrepresentation. These companies may offer discounted hotel rates, may use URLs and websites similar to INTA’s, or may identify themselves in calls or emails as working for INTA. Please do not be misled. The only authorized communications will come from INTA (inta.org) or from Connections Housing. If you encounter any questionable solicitations, please contact us.

Once you have registered for the Annual Meeting, you can easily book a room on Connections Housing’s website.

Connections Housing provides the following benefits to registrants:

• No prepayment
• No change or cancellation fees if your reservation is cancelled within the time period allowed
• Guaranteed satisfaction
• Call center support to assist you prior to arrival and on-site

The hotel reservation link will be available in your 2025 Annual Meeting confirmation email. Room assignments will be available two weeks before the Meeting.

INTA has negotiated discounted rates at all hotels in our official block from May 14 to May 24, 2025 (three days before and three days after the official dates of the 2025 Annual Meeting, based on availability). As previously mentioned, our official housing provider is Connections Housing. Rates and availability are subject to change after April 24, 2025.

You must register for the Annual Meeting before you can reserve your hotel room within INTA’s block of discounted rooms. If you cancel your registration, your hotel reservation will also be canceled. The Annual Meeting rate is limited to one room per registrant. Once you complete the meeting registration, you will receive a link to the Hotel Booking System in your confirmation email, or you can log into the registration portal at any time after you register to book a room (based on availability).

Note on Unauthorized List Rental

Some INTA exhibitors may receive communications from companies selling INTA attendee lists. Please note that these companies have no affiliation with INTA, we do not verify their lists and we cannot recommend purchasing a list through them.

Exhibitor Listing Warning

As an exhibitor, your listing in the online exhibitor show map and INTA 2024 Annual Meeting mobile app is always complimentary. Please disregard all solicitations from third-party suppliers offering directory listings. They are not affiliated with INTA, the INTA 2024 Annual Meeting Innovation Marketplace, or event management. If you are approached by a questionable supplier, please contact [email protected].

Official Services

Be wary of any false and misleading messages sent by companies claiming to be the official provider of services for the 2024 Annual Meeting. Official service providers for services will be clearly identified in the Exhibitor Manual. INTA contracts a select group of companies to perform the various tasks needed to set up, operate, and dismantle the exhibits. These companies are considered the “Official Contractors” for the event.
