INTA Files Amicus Brief with U.S. Supreme Court in Booking.com Case

INTA filed an amicus brief on February 19 in support of Respondent Booking.com in the case of USPTO v. Booking.com B.V., which is pending before the United States Supreme Court. In the brief, the Association argues that there is no per se rule for the protectability of generic marks with addition by an online business of a generic top-level domain (‘.com’).
