INTA Participates in Training on Domain Name Disputes

INTA members and domain name experts Francine Tan of Francine Tan Law Corporation (Singapore) and Dennis Cai of DotTrademark (Hong Kong) co-presented at an Asian International Arbitration Centre training in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on November 29. The event focused on the importance of domain names and global trends and issues affecting online businesses. Attendees included in-house counsel, trademark practitioners, and trademark group representatives from throughout Asia.
