INTA’s China Office organized its first virtual policy dialogue on the public consultation to the Draft Measures for the Administration of Trademark Agencies, which affect the day-to-day practice of trademark attorneys in China. The Legislative Affairs Department of the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) participated in the dialogue on May 19 and exchanged views with more than 30 INTA members. The Association will consolidate the feedback from the brand owners and trademark practitioners into a formal submission to the CNIPA.
