| A global organizational membership that includes all offices and affiliates grouped under the organization’s umbrella. An organization may purchase Associate+ directly or reach Associate+ through its total office membership.
For 2027, the Associate+ threshold increases from 12 to 15 offices. |

Associate |

| For law firms, trademark agents, IP consultancies, agencies, service providers, and other organizations that provide trademark or intellectual property-related professional services rather than participating as brand-owner organizations.
This aligns with the existing distinction between Corporate members as brand owners and Associates as firms or individuals providing trademark/IP services. |

Associate Additional Office |

| For additional offices of an Associate organization. Beginning in 2027, each Associate office pays the same membership dues until the organization reaches the Associate+ threshold.
This will also entitle office/affiliate location 12 (and all subsequent offices/affiliate locations) grouped under an organization’s umbrella to Associate+ membership at no additional cost. Associate+ Multi-Year MembershipOrganizations qualifying for Associate+ may purchase a two- or three-year membership. The two-year option includes a 5% discount, and the three-year option includes a 10% discount.

Individual Associate
Individual AssociateFor eligible individual IP professionals and solo practitioners who provide trademark or intellectual property-related professional services and are not participating through a larger organizational membership. |

Nonprofit Regular
Nonprofit RegularFor nonprofit organizations that meet the eligibility requirements for Regular Membership and participate in INTA as Regular Members. Importantly, Nonprofit Regular remains an active membership category for 2027. Only Nonprofit Associate is being discontinued. |

Transitional
Transitional |

| An individual membership for professionals who have lost or left their employment and are actively seeking new career opportunities. It allows them to maintain their connection with INTA and continue accessing INTA resources and committee activities during their career transition.
The membership is available for six months and may be renewed for one additional six-month term, for a maximum period of one year. For 2027, Transitional Membership becomes a standalone membership category instead of sitting under Associate Membership |
