Regular+ (Best Value)

A global organizational membership for eligible Regular Members that includes all offices and affiliates grouped under the organization’s umbrella. It is designed for organizations with more than two office or affiliate locations.

Regular

For companies and organizations that own, manage, or have responsibility for trademarks, brands, or other intellectual property rights. Regular Membership provides membership for one office location.

Regular Additional Office

For an additional office of an organization that already maintains a Regular Membership. The additional office becomes part of the organization’s INTA membership.

Online Platform

For organizations otherwise eligible for Regular Membership whose primary business operates through a digital or internet-based platform that facilitates the exchange of goods, services, content, or interactions among users, businesses, or other third parties.

Eligible platforms may include:

• E-commerce platforms and digital marketplaces
• Social media and user-generated content platforms
• Service-oriented or intermediary digital platforms
• Digital content and streaming services, including audio, video, gaming, and other primarily online media

Law firms and service providers that advise or service online platforms rather than operating the platform themselves do not qualify and should be classified as Associate Members if otherwise eligible.

Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise (SME)

For organizations otherwise eligible for Regular Membership that:

• Employ fewer than 250 full-time equivalent employees, and
• Have gross annual revenues of no more than US $50 million.

Intellectual property law firms and service providers do not qualify for SME Regular Membership and should be classified as Associate Members if they otherwise meet Associate eligibility requirements.

Membership covers one office of an eligible SME organization.

Startup

For organizations otherwise eligible for Regular Membership that:

• Have been incorporated for no more than five years,
• Employ fewer than 50 full-time equivalent employees, and
• Have gross annual revenues of no more than US $5 million.

Intellectual property law firms and service providers do not qualify for Startup Regular Membership and should be classified as Associate Members if they otherwise meet Associate eligibility requirements.

Membership covers one office of an eligible Startup organization.

The membership is available for six months and may be renewed for one additional six-month term, for a maximum period of one year
