INTA Hosts Education Roundtable in Hong Kong on Bad-Faith Trademark Registration

INTA organized an education roundtable in Hong Kong on the issue of bad-faith trademark registration on April 15. Denis To (Ralph Lauren, Hong Kong) shared a case study of the impact of bad faith on business operations, and Joe Simone (SIPS, Hong Kong) provided details on INTA’s advocacy work on this issue, specifically with a focus on China. More than 50 INTA members attended the event from Hong Kong, Macau, and Guangdong.
