INTA Hosts Policy Dialogue on Anticounterfeiting in Bangkok

The East Asia Pacific Subcommittee of INTA’s Anticounterfeiting Committee, together with the Intellectual Property Association of Thailand (IPAT) organized a Policy Dialogue on Border Measures and Best Practices in Combatting Online Counterfeiting, on August 20 in Bangkok, Thailand. The dialogue focused on the provisions of the Thai Customs Act and relevant regulations as well as procedures to protect the borders from counterfeits in import, export and transshipment.
