INTA Publishes 2024 Member Survey Report

Dear INTA Members,

I’m pleased to share INTA’s 2024 Member Survey Report. This Report is the result of a survey of our global membership, conducted in collaboration with the research firm Corona Insights.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to participate in our member survey. Your perspectives and insights play a critical role in shaping the future of our Association, our industry, and the global economy—and in how we serve our members around the world.

Understanding your needs, priorities, and experiences is crucial in helping us better serve you. We’re delighted to see that our survey results reflect a high level of satisfaction among our members, affirming the value of the benefits and services we provide. It’s incredibly rewarding to know that our efforts resonate with you and that many of you are likely to renew your membership. Your continued support motivates us to keep delivering the high value you’ve come to expect in our advocacy, programming, and resources.

While we’re happy that the survey results reflect that we’re meeting your expectations, we recognize that there are opportunities for improvement and innovation, especially where it concerns the rapidly transforming legal profession. It’s essential that INTA adapt and grow alongside these changes.

As we review the findings, our commitment is to use your feedback to refine existing services, enhance member experiences, and explore new initiatives that align with your business goals and the future of the legal profession. Your responses are invaluable in guiding these efforts. In short, you have spoken. We listened. And now, with the Report in hand, we’re taking action.

We’re delighted to share this Report with the entire membership. INTA is two things: It’s a member-driven organization and a thriving community. While the survey and effort poured into producing this Report were ultimately undertaken to guide INTA staff and leadership in how it serves you—our members—it’s equally important that we show you how carefully we take on this responsibility and make big decisions that impact your experience, both as a member of INTA and as part of this community.
