INTA is proud to launch its first-ever Association-wide mentoring program, a landmark initiative designed to connect intellectual property practitioners across the globe. This program is the cornerstone of INTA’s commitment to professional development, offering members the opportunity to form meaningful, working alliances with peers outside their own organizations.

Through personalized one-on-one mentoring, participants can receive or provide guidance on reaching personal goals, advancing their careers, building professional networks, and navigating new workplace challenges.

The benefits of mentoring are profound: mentors gain leadership and communication skills, while mentees build confidence, expand their knowledge, and receive practical advice from experienced professionals.

This program is open to all INTA members and is the primary pathway for deep, lasting professional growth within the community. To join, sign up and create your profile on the Qooper platform. Members do not need to create a new login ID and can simply log in using their INTA login credentials.

Qooper is a modern, enterprise-ready mentoring platform that streamlines the entire mentorship experience, making it easy for INTA to manage and scale its mentoring program. The platform features an intelligent matching algorithm that pairs mentors and mentees based on skills, interests, and goals, ensuring productive and meaningful connections.

Qooper also offers automated scheduling, progress tracking, and integrated communication tools, allowing participants to stay organized and engaged throughout their mentoring journey. With built-in reporting and analytics, INTA can measure the impact of the program and continuously improve the experience for all members. Qooper’s user-friendly interface and robust support make it the ideal solution for launching and managing a successful, structured mentoring initiative.

Launching alongside the main mentoring program is a new group mentoring experience called Flash Mentoring by current and former INTA Board Members and Leaders. It will take place on Saturday, May 2, 2026, 10:00 am11:30 am. This innovative session will debut at the 2026 Annual Meeting in London, offering members the chance to participate in small group discussions led by current and former Board members. Flash Mentoring is designed to provide interactive, high-impact guidance in a group setting, while also encouraging participants to join the main one-on-one mentoring program for ongoing support. Both programs are new and represent INTA’s dedication to fostering a vibrant, supportive, and forward-thinking global IP community.
