The European Union Court of Justice recently invalidated the Privacy Shield as a mechanism for transferring personal data from the EU to the US. As a result, there are many questions surrounding what options companies still have to share data between the EU and the US. Our panel will discuss the decision, and its implications for European and American clients, including how the decision may affect international trademark practice.
