Notice of Annual Meeting of Members

Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of Members of the International Trademark Association (“INTA”) will be held on Tuesday, November 17, 2026, at 8:45 a.m. MST at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown, 340 N 3rd Street, Phoenix, Arizona, during INTA’s 2026 Leadership Meeting.

This Annual Meeting of Members is called by the Board of Directors of INTA pursuant to the Association’s Bylaws.

Election of Directors

The Regular Members of the Association will be asked to elect the following nominees to the Board of Directors:

Proposed Amendment to the Purpose Clause of INTA’s Certificate of Incorporation

In addition to the election of Directors and the transaction of such other business as may properly come before the meeting, the Regular Members of the Association will be asked to consider and vote upon the following proposed amendment to the Purpose Clause contained in INTA’s Certificate of Incorporation:

The purposes and powers of this Association shall be to protect the interests of the public in the use and protection of trademarks and other intellectual property; to promote the interests of the Members of the Association and of brand owners and intellectual property professionals generally in the use, protection, and enforcement of trademarks and other intellectual property; to obtain, collect, and disseminate information concerning the use, registration, protection, value, and enforcement of trademarks and other intellectual property worldwide; and to engage in such other lawful educational, advocacy, and research activities as are incidental or conducive to elevating the understanding of and respect for intellectual property rights to foster consumer trust, economic growth, and innovation.

The Board of Directors has approved the proposed amendment and recommends its approval by the Regular Members.

Following the Annual Meeting of Members, the Board of Directors will consider the election of Officers, Board Counsel, and Advisory Directors for 2027.
