Refunds
For consideration of a refund for the Leadership Meeting, submit your Refund Request Form to INTA Member Operations stating in detail the reason for the refund request and including copies of relevant supporting documents for the refund request.
Full refunds for the registration fee paid, minus an administration fee of US $250, will be issued for refunds requested by Monday, October 20, 2025, 11:59 pm (U.S. Eastern Time). This includes registrations made during the Pre-Sale event.
A refund of 75 percent of the registration fee paid, minus a US$250 administration fee, will be issued for refunds requested between Tuesday, October 21, 2025 and Monday, November 3, 2025, 11:59 pm (U.S. Eastern Time).
No refund requests will be accepted and no refunds will be given beyond Tuesday, November 4, 2025, 12:00 am (United States Eastern Time).
Substitutions
Your base registration for the 2025 Leadership Meeting is transferable to another person affiliated with your umbrella member organization. Add-on business development activities for this Meeting are transferable to any other person who is registered for the 2025 Leadership Meeting.
To facilitate the registration substitution process, please submit your Substitution Request Form to INTA Member Operations, stating in detail the reason for the substitution and the person attending in your place. If you would like to transfer your add-on business development activity to another person, please contact INTA Member Operations.
All substitution requests must be submitted by Thursday, November 13, 2025, 11:59 pm (U.S. Eastern Time).

INTA has secured a block of hotel rooms at The Diplomat Beach Resort Hollywood at a special rate for registrants. Reservations are accepted only on a first-come, first-served basis until the room block is filled or no later than Saturday October 11, 2025, whichever is sooner.
You must register for the 2025 Leadership Meeting before you can reserve your hotel room within INTA’s block of discounted rooms. If you cancel your registration, your hotel reservation will also be cancelled.

Hotel Reservation Policies
- If you cancel three days or fewer prior to arrival, you will be charged the price of one night’s stay plus tax.
- If you fail to arrive at the scheduled time for your reserved stay without canceling, you will be charged the price of one night’s stay plus tax.
- If you depart the hotel earlier than expected, you will be charged the price of one night’s stay plus tax.

The Commercialization of Brands Committee is proud to present the two-day Finance for Non-Finance Certificate Program in person at the 2025 Leadership Meeting. We encourage you to attend both days of the workshop to receive in-person instruction for all ten chapters of the Program.
The Tuesday portion of the workshop (Part 1) will cover the first four chapters of the Program: Excel for Financial Analysis (Chapter 1), Financial Statements (Chapter 2), Benchmarking and Financial Analysis (Chapter 3), and Time Value of Money (Chapter 4).
Workshop registrants will be eligible to take the online tests and final examination after the Leadership Meeting at their convenience. Pre-recordings of the instructions for each chapter will also be available for reference. There are important watch outs in connection with investigatory activity, requiring careful navigation of ethical rules and guidelines. This session will examine some of the ethical challenges associated with surveillance, online monitoring, the use of “incomplete” information when dealing with a trademark owner, the use of investigators, and related concerns. We will be guided in part by actual situations that have arisen in the past as reflected in reported cases.
