2026 Annual Meeting

INTA offers Corporate and Associate registrants of the 2026 Annual Meeting complimentary registrations if the following has been satisfied:

• Corporate Registrations: For every three (3) full-price 2026 Annual Meeting registrations purchased within the same umbrella organization, receive one (1) free 2026 Annual Meeting registration.
• Associate Registrations: For every six (6) full-price 2026 Annual Meeting registrations purchased within the same umbrella organization, receive one (1) free 2026 Annual Meeting registration.
• Limitations: Only paid 2026 Annual Meeting Registrations will count toward the Bulk Discount pricing calculations outlined above. Calculations depend on organizations being properly related so that the registration system can offer earned complimentary registrations.
• Exclusions: Registration prices that are not eligible for Bulk Discount pricing include Emeritus Members, Government Members/Non-Members, Nonprofit Members/Non-Members, University Members, Professor Members, Student Members/Student Bridging Members, and any complimentary registration other than those provided by the bulk discount pricing calculations.

Bulk discount will be applied once general registration opens in January 2026. If you are eligible for a free registration based on the number of registrations you purchased during the pre-sale, you will receive a refund for that free registration.

To register as a group, please follow the steps below:

1. Log into your account at inta.org in the top right-hand corner.
2. After logging in, your name will appear. Hover over this and a drop-down box will appear.
3. Click on “Edit My Account.” This will take you to your member profile.
4. Then, go to the event and press Register Now!

When you log in to register, you will see the options to select Group Registration for your organization.  

On the next page, you will see the option to register an attendee, click on the search bar and fill in the individual’s name. You will be asked to fill out two required fields. Once completed, click ADD once you have filled in the necessary information. You will then need to follow the same steps to register the remaining individuals. Once all names are entered, you may continue to the checkout page.

Refunds

To request a refund for the Annual Meeting, submit your Refund Request Form to INTA Member Operations stating in detail the reason for the refund request and including copies of relevant supporting documents for the request.

Full refunds for the registration fee and VAT paid, minus an administration fee of US $250, will be issued for refunds requested by Friday, April 3, 2026, 11:59 pm (U.S. Eastern Time). This includes registrations made during the Pre-Sale and Flash Sale events.

A refund of 75 percent of the registration fee and 75 percent of the VAT paid, minus a US $250 administration fee, will be issued for refunds requested between Saturday, April 4, 2026, and Friday, April 17, 2026, 11:59 pm (U.S. Eastern Time).

No refunds of registration fees or VAT will be given beyond Saturday, April 18, 2026, 12:00 am (U.S. Eastern Time).

Substitutions

Your base registration for the 2026 Annual Meeting is transferable to another person affiliated with your umbrella member organization. Add-on business development activities for the Annual Meeting are transferable to any other person registered for the 2026 Annual Meeting.

To facilitate the registration substitution process, please submit your Substitution Request Form to INTA Member Operations, stating in detail the reason for the substitution and the person attending in your place. If you would like to transfer your add-on business development activity to another person, please contact INTA Member Operations.

All substitution requests must be submitted by Wednesday, April 29, 2026, 11:59 pm (U.S. Eastern Time).

Registrants from organizations in the United Kingdom will not be charged VAT if a valid VAT registration number is provided, otherwise VAT charges will apply.

All other registrants will be charged VAT, which may be recoverable through the HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) authorities. For details on the VAT recovery process, visit the HMRC. Please note that VAT recovery approval is subject to the HMRC’s decisions, over which INTA has no control.

To stay on track with VAT recovery, please note the key timelines and thresholds below:

Prescribed Periods & Filing Deadlines

• The VAT reclaim period runs from July 1 to June 30 each year.
• Registrants have 6 months after the end of their prescribed year to file for a VAT reclaim.
• However, claims can be submitted as soon as the registration payment is made.

Filing Deadlines by Registration Period

• Presale Registrants (through June 30, 2025): Must file by December 31, 2025.
• Flash, Early Bird, and Standard Registrants: Must file by December 31, 2026.
• Note: The date of payment determines the filing period—not the date of the Annual Meeting.

Minimum Claim Amounts

• Quarterly filings: Minimum reclaim amount is £130 GBP.
• Annual filings: Minimum reclaim amount is £16 GBP.
