INTA Committee Publishes Report on Countries that Protect Copyrights in Logos

INTA’s Copyright Committee’s Logos Subcommittee recently published a survey of jurisdictions that protect copyright in logos. Available on the INTA website, the report considers whether copyright might be an effective means of protecting and enforcing rights in logo trademarks internationally.
