INTA Mentorship Program

INTA Mentorship Program

Are you interested in forming a professional, working alliance with an intellectual property practitioner outside your organization to help support your personal and professional growth and development? While there are many ways in which you can develop your intellectual property knowledge, fewer opportunities exist to help to develop management and interpersonal skills.

To fill this gap, INTA has developed a mentorship program as a member benefit, providing the opportunity to receive mentoring, serve as a mentor, or both. This program allows individuals to receive or give support in the areas of professional development, including help with reaching personal goals, developing skills for career progression, creating a professional network, and dealing with new situations.
