Know Before You Go – Geographical Indications Report Series
Covering five key jurisdictions—the EU, France, Italy, Germany, and the UK—these reports provide a comprehensive guide for Chinese enterprises on geographical indications (GIs) protection in Europe. They cover registration, management, and enforcement routes; the EU legal framework alongside specific country guides; and both differences and commonalities across GI protection systems.

China Bulletin
The China Bulletin is a quarterly publication in Mandarin providing in-depth feature articles and Law & Practice updates covering notable case law and legislative developments and trends from around the globe. It also includes insight into the Association’s advocacy work, educational events, legal resources, and other activities.
