Job Bank
INTA offers the Job Bank platform as a free benefit for members to post job listings. All listings are accessible to the general public.
As an industry resource, the Job Bank is open to all candidates and includes positions for attorneys, non-attorneys, and interns.
Business Rules
- INTA members can post jobs at no additional cost as part of their member benefits.
- The Job Bank is for open job listings only. Organizations must not use it for promotions, defamatory communications, or any illegal activity.
- Organizations violating INTA’s Job Bank Policy and Business Rules will have their listings removed and may face sanctions, including possible revocation of membership.
- INTA reserves the right to change its Job Bank Policy and Business Rules at any time.
- INTA may, at its sole discretion, suspend a member’s posting privileges.
Listing Guidelines
To get the best results for your open positions, please follow these guidelines:
- Use your full company name, not abbreviations.
- Choose common job titles so your position appears in candidate searches.
- Avoid long titles and special punctuation or characters.
- Do not post the same job for multiple locations. Each location should have its own job listing.
- Clearly state all requirements and experience needed for the position.
- Make sure the application steps are clear.
- Listings and revisions will be posted within 48 business hours of submission.
